The ladies in the store are amazing, especially Kat and Justine. I needed 2 batteries and a new watch strap. Everyone was so helpful, the turnaround time was as promised and I love the new strap as it complements the watch. Will continue to give referrals as I haven't found a better store.

I have been using Griffin Jewelry for many years. Recently I took my wedding ring in and needed it to be taken out of a guard. I was so afraid I was going to loose the guard, which was the wedding ring part of the set. They did a beautiful job and saved my ring. Kelly and Leslie were amazing as always! They understood how important it was to me to save the wedding part of my ring!

The experience of purchasing engagement and wedding bands at Griffen Jewelry was exceptional. Patience in allowing one to view jewelry, knowledgeable on the different types of diamonds, transparent on cost and availability, responsive when working on jewelry (resizing), and best of all the happiness and joy they show for your future matrimony. In particular Leslie Thomason exhibited these qualities and would highly recommend… the rest of the staff were great as well.

Leslie and Jill made our experience with reseting my engagement ring into a new setting with new bands. Leslie spent the right amount of time with me and offered many helpful options. Leslie helped me pick the perfect ring! Once my stone was set into my new band, it couldn’t look more beautiful! So many compliments I love it so much! Everyone at Griffins especially , Leslie and Jill, are super nice and helpful. And the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend !

I had such a great experience at this jewelry store! Kellie and Leslie were so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They helped me clean and polish a gold ring with our family crest that I'm passing down to my Niece. It's obvious they care about their customers and take pride in what they do. So happy!! I picked up my heirloom necklace that started out as a bag of loose pearls. The service was excellent - Diana helped me determine what would be best and we worked it out together. Plus I had some extra pearls which are being hand crafted into custom earrings! Special service and the pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend Diana and Griffin Jewelers!!
